last day~~!!

y'day(friday) was my last day for 3 weeks clinical experience!! :Phehe.. finally hurh~!! some how i enjoy da days thr... still not enuf crossess yet!!! arhhhh~~!!!! aihh not enuf practice yet!!! er.. not enuf scolding from CI(ms. lim)... hehe... it really help after she make sum noise during my 1st time doin bed bath for patient, after dat day i can really rmb da steps.. (miracle hurh~~!!).. n da dealing wif da patient ah pek.. haha.. he was discharge.. hehe.. da next clinical experience will b in october.. now all i hav to do it to FINISH up my assignmentss!!! pass up on tuesday..

back to medical ward again after the one day of public holiday.. today we got another CI assisting us.. she's strict (in my way of saying it is crazy).. oh ya she looks proud too.. she make us do folding type of bed making wif envelope foldings at the corner side n make us redo by da tying type.. after dat she ask us questions bout bed making.. (wif interuption during Q&A).. later then she pointed out my mistakes when im taking patient's vital sign..

my mistakes:
- kneel down (knee touch da dirty floor) when taking bp
- body mechanics
- din put down court side when taking pulse n respiration

aih... asignments waiting for me~~!!!

new day in medical ward!!!

it's monday again!!! this week my group is assigned to medical ward!! errmmm kinda bored~!!! wat i did today is juz comforting patient... one patient is a grandpa.. he told me he feel sad coz he's sick at this old age n his wife hav to go for a eye cataract operation.. n his kids din come n c him.. aihhh.. kesiannn.. another patient is a aunty.. she's feeling sad n lonely.. feeling sad coz of her sickness n lonely coz her family members r staying aboard.. aihhh~~!!! pity :'(

it's public holiday tml.. wahaha..~~!!! resting day!! yeahhh.... haizzzz i wonder when i can drive@!!! dad!! plss let me drive alone~~!!! arhhhh!!! (im goin crazy) lolx

BoRinG saTuRdaY!!!

it's saturday n its bored~~!!!!!.... wake up late today n all i did whole day at home is watching dvd.. duhh~~!!!! i actually planed to to my nursing care plan but it ended up watching dvd.. n did sumthing stupid.. wahaha~~~!!!

same old day again!! go for my clinical experience early in da morning!! guess wat, i overslept again!!! (**''') but not as worst as y'day.. hehe!!! im incharge of another new patient again.. next to ah pek.. hehe same ler another ah pek..lolx.. did bed bath for da patient then turn him.. dats all ler...

ohya!! my bag was nearly get flung out of da window this morning when CI(miss G) came to da ward!!! she get into da report room n saw student nurse's bag on da sofa.. then she get angry n put our bags on da floor n begin to ask which is who's bag... she then gather us sumwhr in da ward to lecture us.. (aihhhh~~!!) she told us our group is da worst group of all.. that we cant obey simple rules... n that we r suppose to keep our bags under da sofa.. then she continue wif our clinical experience objective... n we actually hav to prepare a nursing care plan for a patient we choose n perform it next week... n dat for this sememster we r suppose to get 75% of crosses in our cross book dat is about 38( full sign include the 3rd column)... i nearly fainted.. wahaha... too hiperbola d la!! lol... take a look at my cross book :P

rUsH HouR!!

today is a rushing day!! aih~~!!!...
begin from this morning i over slept... wake up at 6.35am quickly rush to bath then rush to loh guan lye.. n i was nearly late!!!..hah!! then later on during time for observation ah pek (da same ah pek) get high fever n his face get pinkish n he dun feel gud today!!! haih pity him... after dat we hav to attend da boring pengajian malaysia class (da subject i hate da most since secondary sch).. then rush again back home then rush again to gurney to meet york sin.. tze yien..hui xian n eunice..!! we went to eat at gurney drive.. then go play at arcade while waiting for eunice to join us.. then went to glitters cafe to hav a drink n chit chat bout our times in ns n wats happening to us now!! then its now.. i juz came back from gurney.. haha...
hope i wont overslept again tml~~!!! lol

AnoTheR tIrEd Day

today is another tired day... practical again.... aihhhh.... today i get anot 4 more cross from CI.. hehe.. but all together 7 oni... NOT ENUF!!!!! I WANT MORE!~~~!!!!.. (im so greedy~!!).. i din do anything new in da ward today... juz assisting my friend on bed bath..
oh ya~~!! b4 i forget.. funny story again.. one of my lucky class mate is incharge of the ah pek (da one i incharge of day b4) n she hav to do oral hygiene for uncle today.. so me n sum of my friends went to hav a look at da procedure... so as usual when ever da uncle get irritated or when ever sumone wake him up in a sudden he'll @^&*%! (err... u know wat i means???!!! da bad words again..) lolx.. one of the procedure for oral hygiene is to put a gauze clamp wif the forcep into the mouth to clean da teeth for both side (up, down, left, right).. da procedure is actually not funny!!! but it gets funny when da patient is da ah pek.. whenever my classmate put in da forcep wif gauze (force him to open his mouth) he would juz scold da @%^$&* (bad words)... not oni one time... if im not mistaken it will b 7 or 8 times... hehe
me and my friends who were watching burst out laughing.. but da CI seems to be calm n not laughing.. hehe... (cool CI)

sUm ScOlDinG iS wOrTh!!

2nd day of my clinical experience... i was allocated to incharge of da ah pek (da one i wake him up yday n he say "@^*" to me wan) haha.. so for this ah pek i hav to do bed bath procedure for him... right after passing report i went to prepare da things needed on da trolley.. n get ready to start.. during the bed bath my clinical instructor was there to assess me n my partner.. as its my 1st time doin bed bath procedure there's sumthing that i din prepare n hav sum mistakes while doin the bed bath... (1st time mah!!) so as u know mistakes = scolding from CI.. CI will scold us whenever me n my partner did da wrong way/during da whole procedure.. for me da scolding is fine for me coz i can still smile/ laugh... as wat tze yien said to me mistakes can b experience!! (i agree its true)..
its a tiring day today... doin bed bath for patient... feeding him.. turning patient.. checking diapers.. taking observations.. hearing CI calling my name "wanjun hav u check da patient's diapers".. "wanjun hav u do ur charting".." wanjun~~~!!!!"
i did another mistake today.. aihhh... i forgot to inform the staff nurse to go to the patient after i did my observation (u can guess wat happen rite??!!) scolding!!! lolx
after all its a gud experience after doin all dat!!.. as human learn from mistakes!! hehe... oh ya i finally get 3 crosses on my cross book for positioning.. feeding and... (forget one more)
lesson for me again : DUN B FORGETFUL!!!!!

my 1st day morning shift clinical experience!!

Lets refresh back y'day morning shift clinical experience (1st day)..
woke up at around 5.30am (so early!!!) its raining!! so, as usual go to bath get ready my bun hair n dad fetch me to loh guan lye for my practical... >> let's skip da bored part n go to da funny part<< so, there's this ah pek who's b'day was on yday.. n da stn nurse incharge of this ah pek is choe.. so dat time i was kinda bored so i walk in to find choe... n wanna hav sum fun... since's its da ah pek's bday, me n choe sing bday song for him.. then i went to talk to this ah pek.. he was actually unconcious n was sleeping.. i went to him n call him "AH PEK!!!"... then he open his eye.. i say to him again " today ur b'day arr???"... guess wat he say to me??!!!! sum bad words "@^&*" hehe n he went sleeping again!! actually is my fault for calling him so loud.. hehe...
da lesson for da day : dun ever wake a person up when he/she is sleeping!!!! hehe

About me!! erm.. wat can i say!!! Let me introduce myself.. my name is wan jun (im sure u know my name rite?!).. goin to be 18 in 3 months time (still young!! hurh??!).. hehe.. im now studying in kdu college... juz started in july!!.. im currently doin my diploma in nursing... a 3 years course!!!
