2nd day of my clinical experience... i was allocated to incharge of da ah pek (da one i wake him up yday n he say "@^*" to me wan) haha.. so for this ah pek i hav to do bed bath procedure for him... right after passing report i went to prepare da things needed on da trolley.. n get ready to start.. during the bed bath my clinical instructor was there to assess me n my partner.. as its my 1st time doin bed bath procedure there's sumthing that i din prepare n hav sum mistakes while doin the bed bath... (1st time mah!!) so as u know mistakes = scolding from CI.. CI will scold us whenever me n my partner did da wrong way/during da whole procedure.. for me da scolding is fine for me coz i can still smile/ laugh... as wat tze yien said to me mistakes can b experience!! (i agree its true)..
its a tiring day today... doin bed bath for patient... feeding him.. turning patient.. checking diapers.. taking observations.. hearing CI calling my name "wanjun hav u check da patient's diapers".. "wanjun hav u do ur charting".." wanjun~~~!!!!"
i did another mistake today.. aihhh... i forgot to inform the staff nurse to go to the patient after i did my observation (u can guess wat happen rite??!!) scolding!!! lolx
after all its a gud experience after doin all dat!!.. as human learn from mistakes!! hehe... oh ya i finally get 3 crosses on my cross book for positioning.. feeding and... (forget one more)
lesson for me again : DUN B FORGETFUL!!!!!
