lack of initiative... regretful

today after a.m shift me and my friends got screw up by CI(clinical instructor) because we are lack initiative and din grab opportunity to get out procedure... for me, its because i din check if there's procedure for me in hdu and keep doin the runner job.. n i din grad hold of chances.. n guess wat?? matron is goin to c all of ur on friday.. now it's proven that ms G was rite that we din grab our opportunity n hav no initiative rather than there's not enuf procedure for so many of us.... and im kinda regret now that i've made decision blindly to go back to GMC to complain bout not enuf procedure for crossess and all dat stuff... it's too late to feel regret i guess... i wonder y there's always this and dat kind of problems happen wif me.. aihhh...
